Terms & Conditions

1. The consignment shall, Insha’Allah, be ready on the agreed delivery date. However, in the event of any natural calamity, unforeseen incident, or disaster, we shall not be held responsible for any resulting delays.
2. The Force Majeure Clause shall apply.
3. Deliveries outside Lahore will incur additional packaging and transportation charges.
4. We strictly follow a no-credit, no-refund, no-exchange, and no-advance-refund policy.
5. Our furniture is guaranteed against all manufacturing defects.
6. We shall not be held responsible for any damage to goods occurring at the delivery site due to narrow doorways, congested corridors, staircases, or other space constraints.
7. The client is required to accept delivery within 15 days of the delivery date mentioned on the order form. Any further delay will result in an additional charge of 0.50% of the total order value per day, and prices may be subject to revision.
8. Delivery may be delayed if the selection of fabric, polish, or other materials, or the approval of drawings, is not completed on time.
9. The quoted prices do not include Income Tax, General Sales Tax (GST), or Central Excise Duty (CED).
10. A 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the delivery date.
11. Delivery is subject to the clearance of the outstanding balance at least two days prior to the scheduled delivery date.
12. All prices are ex-showroom, Lahore. Packaging, forwarding, and insurance charges are not included.
13. Furniture will be delivered within 48 hours of receiving the full outstanding balance.
14. No item may be changed or cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
15. The cost of fabric will be refunded at a rate of Rs. 1,000 per meter.
16. We do not provide any guarantee or warranty for fabrics, Rexine, genuine leather, or kilims used in furniture upholstery.
